In this episode, the thing Dexter was making in the last episode has gone berserk and now this Cartoon Cartoon reject must fix Dexter's problem for him.
Fun fact™: This guy had two pilots in Cartoon Cartoon, but they obviously didn't win. It also had a Kickstarter for a third episode, but didn't reach the goal.
